привет,очень нравиться машина марки suzuki XL-7, интересно узнать мнение тех кто уже имеет такую машину, стоит ли покупать? во всем ли вас она устраивает?

прочитала в нете что много машин было отозвано из-за какой то заводской неисправности. Женщине как то не очень просто решить проблему правильного выбора машины ,так что надеюсь что услышу тут какие то мнения . спасибо всем кто откликнется

Судя по техническим характеристикам, это не худший, хотя и не наилучший вариант, не могу выступать экспертом , так-как никогда не водила Экс Эл - 7. А вот а/м, color=#800080 http://www.freep.com/money/autoreviews/phelan2_20031002.htm о котором могу со всей ответственностью сказать, наиболее правильный выбор, если планируешь потратить менее $30.000 на новую автомашину. Дело в том, что Субару Форестер Экс Ти - не только экономичный (4 цилиндра, 2.5 литра турбинный двигатель), мощный (210л.с.), устойчивый и проходимый ( все колёса ведущие), довольно вместимый, комфортный и простой в управлении (гибрид внедорожника и легкового а/м), но он ещё и "крепкий орешек"! Сегодня я езжу на 2004 Форестере Экс Ти, предыдущий же, почти такой хе, но 2003 года, дважды в течение месяца (невероятно, но факт) получал удары в задний бампер. Оба автомобиля, виновника аварий, отправились на свлку, по причине смятых в гармошку передков, хотя на моей машине даже краска на бампере не была повреждена! Несмотря на отсутствие явных или скрытых дефектов, страховые компании компенсировали мне моральный ущерб, а Субару дилер предложил выгодный обмен на чёрный с чёрнным кожанным интерьером 2004 Экс Ти. За пол-года машина набегала 20 тыс. миль, путешествовала в высокогорье и к морю, но я, всё же, планирую сделать обмен на модель 2005 года. В общем, рекомендую всем: вполне дамский и, в то же время, весьма мускулистый автомобиль!

Subaru Reports October Sales; Total Sales Up 12 Percent From Last Year

The Legacy model line recorded 8,369 units, of which the Legacy sedan represents an increase of 57% over last year. The Subaru Outback recorded sales of 5,684 units for the month, which is an increase of 39%. Subaru Forester posted 4,520 units in October. The Impreza line recorded 3,034 unit sales, a 3% increase from last year, while Subaru Baja recorded sales of 608 units for the month.

Anyway, when you 're looking to buy an SUV you have to be ready to face reality of gas mileage. As you may've known , SUV's are the most expensive vehicles when it comes to refueling their unsatisfiable tanks !

Especially V-8's - those suckers will turn your driving experience to hell. i had a jeep Cherokee a while ago and i wish I've never bought that monster, i had to refuel it almost everyday and i'm not a frequent driver either, so i am glad i sold it and bought myself a brand new Escape Hybrid, now i have no worries about gas mileage no technical issues whatsoever. It's also got a very silent engine, all i do is my regular tune ups once in a while and that's about it.

You're absolutely correct!!! And that's, why A Simple Little Lady From Rostov on Don prefers Simple Compact Japs Wagons, like Forester XT, not Hummer or Expedition. (read above). During our reсent round trip to Branson (about 500 miles), we did refuel my 2004 Forester XT only twice (15.9 gal. fuel tank). Isn't She Lovely?

but don't forget freeway mileage and city mileage are two completely deferent things, that's the whole beauty about Hybrid system ,it saves you tons of cash when you sit in traffic jams or have to stop on traffic lights every 5-10 minutes.

Yeah, well, I guess you won't like it, but may be it'll help you make more informative decisions in the future, when you purchase your next car :) - 500x2=1000miles. Let's assume you returned with 1/2-tank. That makes 15.9*2.5~40gallons, and 25mpg, which is actually better than highway Forrester XT rating.

However it still sucks. To help you put those 25 highway mpg in perspective, you may consider as an example that my heavier camaro with a hugh american gas-guzzling V8, not to mention 350hp ( ;), makes 28mpg

For christ sake, even my wife's Lincoln LS with another american V8, which IS a gas-guzzler, beats Forrester XT in highway gas mealege, even though it's 500lb heavier and got 70 more hp...

bottom line is - by no means Forrester is a fuel-efficient vehicle or has an outstanding engine. Just some food for thoughts

Yeah, I like hybrids too... thought about prius, but I guess IMO they are just not there yet...

2 maxcore Yeah! In L.A. or NYCity traffic, Hybrid car does work. But, what's if You're somewhere on a remote highway in AZ desert, and how many tune ups per year You should do

So far it hasn't been any pain. As a matter of fact, my girlfriend and i have just driven to Palm Springs- a 5 hour round trip across the desert and for the whole time we haven't made a single gas stop, as far as tune ups go, i bought my monster last august and so far i haven't done anything yet. but my dealer recommended to visit him every three months or so just for routine check ups and oil change.
